Ms. Simmone Bowe
Simmone
L. Bowe is an incredible force that has accepted her life’s assignment “to
teach, model and inspire purposeful living.” Born in Miami, Florida and raised in Nassau, Bahamas, this
highly skilled vessel is a human resource professional and consultant, event
planner, worship leader, and author.
She is particularly passionate about identifying causes of
dissatisfaction in organizations and in turn, finding solutions that bring
positive change in people and their organizations.
Using
her gifts to design and provide training in leadership, customer service,
career development, and work readiness, her training sessions, workshops, and
motivational sessions have aided those in both the public and private sectors.
Simmone has a diploma in Hotel, Catering and Tourism Studies, a Bachelor of
Arts in English, a Master of Science in Career and Human Resource Development,
and is a Certified Hospitality Educator, Certified Hospitality Department
Trainer, and Certified Path Facilitator. She has taught at St. John’s College, the
Bahamas Hotel Training College, the College of The Bahamas, and The University
of the West Indies. She has also
served in government as Acting Assistant Director of Youth with responsibility
for youth employment and enterprise and Deputy Director of Youth/Executive
Director of the National Youth Service Program. She currently serves as Director of HR & Training at
Baker’s Bay Golf and Ocean Club and is the author of three books.
