What is the purpose of this Career Coaching and Personal Branding Competition?

The purpose of the competition is to raise the standard and level of professionalism and productivity in the workplace.  Our objective is to teach professionals how to use Personal Branding strategies to outclass their competition, advance their careers and  bring lasting value to the organization that they work for. Everyday and even more so now considering the state of the economy worldwide, organizations that want to survive are constantly re-evaluating their products and services and the value they bring to their clients and consumers. Why shouldn’t these employers expect the same from the people they hire?  Expandable or expendable, the choice is yours, but the reality is this - organizations can no longer afford to carry dead weight if they wish to survive. So in a nutshell we really want to help eliminate the sense of entitlement mentality by teaching people how to chart their own course and take charge of their careers. This competition will really show people how to recession proof their careers. 

Why should I enter this competition?

For all of the above reasons and to learn how:

To not be a commodity, build a strong brand and recession proof your career.

To gain the techniques and tools required to create a positive first impression, project more credibility, authority and professional presence.

Who can enter?

Any female between the age of 18 - 50, working in the corporate arena 

How can I enter the competition?

Simply complete the application form, answer the question, attach a recent photo and deliver package to Total Image Management & Communications Co. Ltd. or to Love 97.

What is the deadline for entry?

6p.m. Friday November 21st, 2008 

Is there a fee to enter?

No

When will the competition begin and how long will it  run?

Applications form will be available beginning November 12th, 2008

10 Finalist will be chosen Monday November 24th, 2008

Final 5 will be chosen Monday December 1st, 2008

Winner will be chosen Friday December 5th, 2008

How will the winner be selected?

By a panel of judges

Where will the competition take place?

Venues will be announced

Will there be more than one winner selected?

No. There will only be one winner selected

Will the  winner receive any prizes?

Yes  - Totaling approximately $5,000.00 

Prizes include:

 Six weeks of Personal Branding & Career Coaching with Stacia   Williams

 A pearl necklace, earring and hand chain set from  Columbian Emeralds

A laptop from Customs Computers

A cell phone from Batelco

 A total Image Makeover including closet analysis, color analysis,, hair, nails, makeup and much much more!

What are the rules?

You must be 18 years of age to enter.

You must have a passion for growth and self development 

Must be teachable and willing to accept the suggestions of the consultants.

Once trained you must be willing to mentor others in your organization.
