What is the purpose of this Career Coaching and Personal Branding Competition? The purpose of the competition is to raise the standard and level of professionalism and productivity in the workplace. Our objective is to teach professionals how to use Personal Branding strategies to outclass their competition, advance their careers and bring lasting value to the organization that they work for. Everyday and even more so now considering the state of the economy worldwide, organizations that want to survive are constantly re-evaluating their products and services and the value they bring to their clients and consumers. Why shouldn’t these employers expect the same from the people they hire? Expandable or expendable, the choice is yours, but the reality is this - organizations can no longer afford to carry dead weight if they wish to survive. So in a nutshell we really want to help eliminate the sense of entitlement mentality by teaching people how to chart their own course and take charge of their careers. This competition will really show people how to recession proof their careers. Why should I enter this competition? For all of the above reasons and to learn how: To not be a commodity, build a strong brand and recession proof your career. Is the competition for Nassau residence only? I ask this because the information says to "drop off" applications. I would like to enter the competition, but I live on another island and wont be able to drop off an application. This is a dilemma for me. What should I do? If I am allowed to enter..........

I am so exited about this competition. This came at a time when I am seriously planning my future. This is the answer to my prayer. It's like winning the lottery. I want to be that perfect employee and person.

If you live on a family island please scan and attach a recent photo and the application form and email them to me. Question if you were chosen as the winner how would you deal with the 6 weeks coaching sessions and makeover?
